ReCaptcha Error when Logging-In

This article will instruct you on how to resolve the reCaptcha error when logging-in to your bidder account.

Login Difficulties with Recaptcha Error

1. To fix this you should refresh your page and retype your email address. If you are unsure how to refresh, you will need to click on the url at the top of the screen and click the return or enter key on the keyboard.

2. After you have retyped in your email address it should progress to the password option.

3. Now you should be logged in to your account!

Note: If refreshing the page does not work, you will most likely need to update your browser. ReCaptcha errors are more common on older versions of browsers that do not have good security features.
